Silvia is a student in Biotechnology/Cancer Biology and she joined Dr. Genovese’s Lab for her master thesis project. Thrilled at the idea of translating scientific findings into tangible application, she is very eager to exploit state-of-the-art genetic engineering to further advance cancer immunotherapy in a personalized fashion.
Outside the lab you can find her trying to refine traditional Italian dishes, catching up with friends in the nature or rewatching Lord Of The Rings for the millionth time.
